Okay. So this is my initial analysis of Dominion.

Dominion is a fast paced Capture the Flag map with vision of about 40% of the entire arena. This circle and pentagram provides a unique battlefield that summoners are not accustomed to. When I first jumped on, my first thought was to pick my main character, Kassadin, and swap some items out for more survivability. With this, I found that Kassadin...Is truly an assassin in Dominion.

The rune list is pretty simple. Boost defense and armour penetration. Not much more to say with this.

The skill sequence is personal preference, honestly. Since you start out with three skills, put one in each and go from there. (Personally, I never follow skill sequences since some people do better with other skills.) My only suggestion is to get Force Pulse to level 5 first but keep everything balanced.

The items are more or less low cost, but extremely effective. Combining Spirit Visage with life steal and Force of Nature gives you so much health regen, you won't know what to do with it! (Other than solo anyone with the ability to riftwalk in or out of a kill.)

Also, you can swap out Force of Nature for Thornmail if you are going against an all AD team, or swap Stark's Fervor with Thornmail if you are against a pretty balanced team of AD and AP. You may also swap out Hextech Scanner with Ionic Spark if you are going against champions that do not use invisibility.

With this build, you are the initiator, instigator, and pusher. You play a HUGE role as AD/Tank Kassadin, since you can take a lot of damage and get out with a quick voidwalk. Communication is key, because while you can take damage..A single stun or silence can make you incredibly squishy in an instant.

Be sure to realize the great strength of Voidwalk, with it's inevitable crutch. The more you use it continuously, the more mana it drains. But sometimes it is necessary to stack Voidwalk, just make sure that you have enough mana to do so! Also, don't spam this unless you're chasing someone down or running away. And again, never stack this if you're running..Quickest trip to death is one that involves Kassadin having no mana.
