Is a wall of text but the build is not bad and Madred's Bloodrazor is a good iten for teemo you need to learn how to use BBcode and other codes my advice is go see how to make a guide.

Madred's Bloodrazor is purely a situational item. It is meant for shredding targets with large amounts of health but little to no magic resist as bloodrazor deals magic damage. I would consider putting that into a situational item section and replacing it with Wit's End or Black Cleaver.

the other reason is that i can't even read this guide halfway through. Sorry but it's not appealing in any way.

You need to make it so that you have to comment to vote to avoid trolls like you have. Also add some coding and color so i can read the guide without falling asleep. Besides that I dont know enough to critically analyze your build so I wont +1 or -1.
