I don't think you need AP at your blue Runes, Magic Resist is a better option to handle the other AP champ at lane fase.
Will of The Ancients should come first because that will help your team mates at teamfights because of the aura and you because of the lifesteal, i have gone away with 10 health and with Fox-Fire regain a little help who let me get to my tower safely.
Don't think Guardian Angel is necessary.
