Vladimir has great poke with his Q, and his drain can give him the advantage in a close fight. He has a great dodge with his pool, so he can be tricky to land charms on. Make sure you are keeping a distance and getting your farm rather than trying to jump him. Save up your ult for Vlad one-on-ones and hit your combos as hard as you can.
