I would organize the item section and add " float=left" on each of the icon [] so that the text is next to it. If that causes indenting just add "clear" inside [] after each text before the next icon.

Also, if you are wanting to make a guide, then consider more sections such as gameplay and alternative runes, masteries and items. If you just want to make a build though, these sections are fine. The build itself seems pretty good though, so I'll help you along +1
