He's talking about champion synergies. Also you have a huge mistake in your skill sequence.

Alright, let me try the masteries you suggested in game. Also, I am curious what you find questionable about my synergy section. Is the early into throwing you off or is there some bigger problem?

Wrong utility masteries, you want two points in so you can start with either 4 wards or 2 green 1 pink wards in addition to your (Alistar with a pink ward is almost as scary as a in a pinked bush). I would honestly suggest 1/13/16 for Alistar because the flat damage reduction from and become incredibly OP when it's on top of a 70% percentage reduction.

Items are questionable, as are the synergy sections. Overall guide looks decent but the contents could use some further explaining or fixing.
