Max your ulti first. Then Q. Then W. Then E. After that you will have double maximum power.

First rule of farming: always go straight to enemy turret zone at level one.
Second rule of farming: never get more CS than your opponent.
Third rule of farming: last hitting is for noobs. Always attack one minion over and over until it is dead.
Fourth rule of farming: ALWAYS let your opponent get CS. It is polite.

Always use your heal when everyone is at full health. It does the most at that time.

Alistar is a big fat crit cow. Get all those crit runes and you will be unstoppable. 5 Pentakills in the first 90 seconds for me.
