teemo is a very powerfeull ap character most people play him ap/as which is a rather fail cuz no good use of mushroom or blind dart or the toxic...a guild to be a good ap teemo is spam mushrooms in thier jungel u can get free killz by that if any ad character comes to you u can use blind to cc him a bit and just walk him into a mushroom and go away he will be dead by that time....u will get full useage of mushroom dart and toxic....plz vote:)
