Welcome to my first guide, i'm going to give u my build of the tanky support champion, Alistar.

The best spells for Alistar are :

-Flash
-Heal
-Ghost
-Teleport

U should choose 1 of those, and make the best combination which you think it will work the best.

I have chosen the following runes

x9, the health is quiet handy in early game, so u can keep ur lane.

x9, when u have some good armor in the early game, the chance is higher that u survive a fight against some heave AD champion's like

x9, when u have a good magic resist in realy game, the chance is higher that u survive a fight against some heave AP champion's like

x3, u got some nice armor, so the enemy champion don't hit u very high.

I have chosen the followed items :

Nice health bonus

Good boots, they give some extra armor (+25)

This item gives max 1400 health, for a tanky character like Alistar this item is perfect.

This item is giving a decent amount of health and a good magic resist.

This item is giving some good attack damage and also giving +15% lifesteal, so this is a perfect item if u want to farm minions.

This item is giving some attack damage and 700 health, a nice tank item.

This item is giving +45 armor, and the good passive of this item is it is giving u attack damage that equals to 2% of ur max health.
