This build is definitely good during team fights especially when you have Jayce in the ranged mode putting shots in as the fight weighs on and using acceleration gate and shock blast to help pick enemies off. But if you feel extra lucky jump onto an un-expecting low-health champion in melee mode with To The Skies! and lightning field, changing weapons and quickly pulling away into the jungle. During 1V1's, however pulling Jayce into melee mode pelting them with To The Skies! and activating lightning field while jumping towards the enemies to make the most of its power, continuing into ranged mode if they run away to pull out an acceleration field and shock blasting them finishing with hyper charge to get the kill, or just meleeing them to death. This does seem like a very long combo but trust me it works.

I think that this build is one of the best on mobafire right now and even though it is quite hard to use it does become easier and a lot better as the games go by.
