You've downvoted my guide purely based on a mastery selection instead of just telling me. There is nothing wrong with the mastery distrib.
When Lagger tells you there's something wrong, you can bet your *** there is something wrong.
Anivia has one of the highest level 2 burst damages in the whole game. You should abuse that. Besides, usually you don't need W before lane phase ends.
