This is just a mini introduction, this build is specifically so you hit as hard as possible with Xerath and can turn around team battles in a flash. I've found that at any time i'm able to complete this build i have not lost the game. Before you rate my build, try my build, i'm not going to give you skill specifics, its really easy all you need to do is harass in mid, farm minions and when it comes down to the team battles stun and slaughter their ad carry with ease. Mage Chains + Arcanopulse + Arcane Barrage, And finish with Arcanopulse.
