I like the ideas you have, especially Shurelyas, but yo should keep in mind that you are secrificing early game power for spammability by getting CD boots. try starting off with Sorc boots and changing to boots of lucidity after buying abyssal scepter. The reason for this is that early game, magic pen is much stronger early game then ability power because of the way magic pen works. Which is why you use Lich bane (which shouldn't be necessary on Annie. I'm also not a huge fan of snowball items on Annie as they tend to get her focused even more than she already is, especially in high ELO play. I would swap it out for some survivability. All in all a very in-depth guide. Thanks for contributing
hmm i never thought of that, i like your idea about the boots. i personally love lich bane late game because its a great tower destroyer. I use this build mainly in 3v3, since if you are doing good with mejais its pretty much an early surrender.
And the comment of Shurelyte i get it late game as last item or just trade it in. Its really nothing major but it really helps pushing with your team as well as when you run out of mana or low on health.
