Going to have to vote down also..

You skill combos are terrible and it doesnt give the best DPS burst damage.. If you are only putting out 600 damage on your auto attack, your build is off..

First, change your combo to Deathfire (if available) > Light binding > singularity (cast) > Beam (will explode passive and replace it) > auto attack > Burst Singularity > auto attack.

this is the most efficient and most damaging combo lux can do. I guarantee any one without magic resistances cant survive. This also utilitizes your passive to it's fullest

Second, Item build. I like clarity. Thus, there is no need for me to buy mana items nor mana regen items. If i'm low. i just pop clarity and keep on fighting. This leaves room for big AP items. Lux stays out of fights for the most part, and should NEVER die, which makes Majais a great items early. Rushing it, then MP boots is best. Remember, the more AP you have, the more Lichbane will do, so stack it up.. get it up to 850+ and you will plow through everyone.

In your build, you start of with mana regen with mana and hp potions, and then you get tear goddess. You also have Clarity. Clarity is unnecessary especially if you are getting a lot of mana regen. Lux can last in her lane with just glyphs of replenishment and dorans ring. No need for meki pendant and epecially no need for clarity.

i dont like it.
first: your item choice is really poor, dont see reason to pick CDR over MP boots, and ur rushing too much mana makes you do sheety early game dmg.. also rushing tear > lichbane is just pointless, tear itself is ****py item except for ryze, and u wont notice anyone on high rated games use archangel staff at all..
anyway, too much room for improvement I wont downvote your guide but just fix it.
also deathfire grasp? not gonna comment..
try goin like this

magic pen boots > doran > kage's lucky pick > rabadon > lichbane > morello's > void staff > and situational defensive items..
basially ur core should be
mp boots > rabadon > lich > morello + 2 items of your choice ..
just my 5 cents ,cya
also.. clarity is just waste of slot ..

Not bad but i would suggest making it a little larger, showing other items to use if game doesnt go well. + items to get vs different champs in mid or ingame. but other then that not to bad, it is an interesting take :P
