This build is a jungle mumu build. It is meant to kill tanks as dispair does an extra 1% max hp per second per 100 AP. so mumu is now a tank killer. Bandage toss a mage like ryze or annie, Deathfire a tank, Ultimate to hold their team and cry all over their tanks face. throwing a few tantrums in. This build can get you blue then from there you jungle your *** off till you get your ninja tabbies and abyssal.
