On the Mejal's argument...

It only takes 5 stacks to make Mejal's pay for its self. That is why I always get it. 5 Stacks is ridiculously easy to get for Vlad even if your team is not owning the opposing group. They may not be owning but as Vlad I can still wreck havoc and get 10+ stacks without much problem.

But I agree that spirit Visage is questionable for Vlad. But that is me. Force of Nature would be a better substitute if you want health regen.

Great build just used it and went 21/3/14 but can you explain the laning phase and middle game etc.

@D3th sorry but i have to agree with Scrax on the mejai's soulstealer it's quite an unreliable item since it heavily relies on stacks.

Only pick Mejai's if you are OWNING the other players. If not it's not beneficial at all.

not a bad item build and spell sequence first spirit visage is useless cause u should be spamming ur Q ability so hp problems aren't the problem for vlad AP balances his regain as well over good build but grab mejais and it will help in both ways for him hp and ap
