Get 21/9/0 for the AP so you deal tons of damage and 9 for more defence so you can dive their turrets easier

Philopher stone for HP and MP so you can poison trail more and get more gold 5gold/10sec can get you like 1.2k gold in 40mins game like how long it should be. Then Rod of ages for AP , HP and MP and MP gives you more Hp so its like 1k more health, then you need the scepter makes your poison slow your enemies so once you spot an enemy they are already dead. Now more for more AP, you need rabadon so your ap goes up to like 400 to 500 which is quite OP. OMGAWD Now for ancient book thingy heals you baby, dont you love a healin tank who nvr dies? Now everyone hates you so use void staff and their tank item will be so useless :).

Poison to deal more damage, adhesive for more slow, fling to more fling, WAITWHAT NONONOO use it to fling niggas so only fling nocturne or karthus in your team or else you fail as a singed.
