You should always be wise about using your mana. Spamming without getting much benefit from it hurts you more than it does to hurt them.

Also, are not viable once you get into higher level/elo.

I don't know how to explain this other than the fact that none of your builds are actually that viable. The closest one you got was SAFE ASHE. I'm sorry but is not a good replacement for or on Ashe. And the runes are very messy in my opinion. is weak on almost every as well.
