First off I'd just like to say i am not that experienced of a player. Right now I'm only level 24. However by the time I started playing all my friends were already level 30 so I generally have always faced other players of around 30.

Also I have almost never strayed from using Ashe in my roughly 250 games(which isn't a lot since most of my friends have won more games than I've played).

That said I consider myself to be proficient at using Ashe. I am by no means the best player with her, I just can't remember having fought against someone better than me with her.

Recently I compared Ashe's stats with other champions and found that she is slightly underpowered. If you don't believe me that's fine, but if your going to comment about this please compare the stats yourself first. At this point I have heard rumors that Riot will be buffing Ashe's passive since its only good in about the first 5 mins of gameplay.

If you are new to Ashe she is an amazing champion, if used right. She takes some getting used to and understanding how to play her, but if you've already gotten used to playing ranged champions you should do fine.

The items above are my general build, but I change its order and composition depending on how well I'm doing and what the opponents are building just like everyone who has played league of legends enough should.

Please note that the health, damage, and life steal will actually be higher than the stats at the top say (plus the black cleaver's unique passive).
