Introduction
Start off with Doran's blade. This will give you the lifesteal and health to remain in your lane and the extra attack is handy for the carry.
Move on with Berserkers Greaves. These will give you the extra attack speed you will need to farm minions. Ashe heavily relies on her items, so last hitting is important.
Next up is my favourite item in the game: The Phantom Dancer. When building this, keep in mind that you already have extra attack speed. Therefore the logical choice is to first get the extra crit, and THEN the extra attack speed. However, be sure to take the Zeal before the Cloak.
When you have your Phantom Dancer, you will want to maximize the profit from your increased critical chance. Why not increase this chance even more, including the base damage and the bonus as well! The infinity edge is the second most important item for Ashe.
I have chosen for a second Phantom Dancer to increase your attack speed to be berserk. Also taking it as this point will only force you to sell your Doran's Blade. However this item is much better for Ashe.
Having built up your attack speed to a crazy ±2 per second, it is time to maximize your damage. In the late-game with all the kills youve made, you want to pierce that armor that your enemies have bought. For this you use a Last Whisper. If your enemies are not building armor however, I recommend taking a The Bloodthirster.
Building one of these items will force you to sell your greaves. You can sell them, and afterwards get the boots of swiftness. This will bring no building trouble at all, and your movement speed will go skyhigh. You can at this point literally run into a group of enemies, kill someone in-under 4 seconds and run off again. If necessary you can flash out.

Maximize your Volley! When this spell is at stage 5, it will have a cooldown of 4 seconds and give a fair amount of damage for a dps champion. Don't level up your Hawkshot. Ashe excells at last-hitting so the extra gold won't be necessary.
You should after your Volley maximize the Frost Shot. A common tactic for Ashe is pursuiting, kiting and hit'n'run. The frost shot will make this all the easier.
Of course, level your ult when possible.

The reason I chose Flash instead of Ghost is because Ashe already has an incredible movement speed if you will follow this guide. Flash will move you across walls and without the delay of a slow. It can also be used to evade hostile casts.
Using Exhaust will increase your effectiveness at killing people. Using exhaust before going into battle greatly increases the damage they take. The sooner they die, the better.
