Hey guys, in the next very short guide i'm going to show you the powers of attack speed irelia. For first, this may look useless, but before you decide, try it in a game :).

As attack speed Irelia is a bit hard to play in the early game, i'm using flat attack speed, armor, magic resist and attack damage runes.

With the basic damage of Irelia, you won't have problems with offense, but defense is a bit harder. As help, these masteries are defense heavy.

Let's see the items one by one. Berserker's Greaves is an obvious choose since you are attack speed Irelia. Ionic Spark with its bonus health can give you enough sustain in mid and early game. However, the most important thng about this item is it's attack speed bonus and the lightning damage. With your insane attack speed after Trinity Force, the procs will do awesome damage. Wit's end is another high attack speed item. It also gives you a bit of magic resistance, which is nice but I mainly use it for its passive (what will also be nice if you have your maximum attack speed). Trinity Force is also and obvious choose for every Irelias. Its every bonus is useful for you ( maybe crit is not the most important). In a teamfights, the most damage you will get is going to be physical. I use Randuin's Omen to reduce this damage and add a bonus slow for you. By the late game, you will be very important in your team as the best offtank ever, so they will need you twice as much. Guardian angel helps you in this and also gives you awesome defensive bonuses.

As you can see, i start games with Q because it will not just give you awesome farm but will also make you a good damage dealer with high mobility. I don't take W for second because at level 2 you won't be in meele range very often so you wouldn't be able to use it, rather use your E to get extra CC. After this, I suggest a simple W maxing (second Q obviously with ultimate (R) and E at last) because when you pop it with the attack speed, wit's end and ionic spark passive you won't just deal tons of damage but will also regain HP like hell.

Ignite: this ability is used to finish someone after you dive under enemy turret, kill escaping enemys or get some extra damage and healing reduction in a simple fight.
Flash: Obvious decision since it gives you nice mobility.

I've just started playing Irelia so this guide may be a big fail. It also is my first guide. The reason is why it is this short is that when i read a guide it is really annoying (for me) when I have to read 30 minutes. I've always loved simple and short guides as i hope guys you do too. This build looks very dumb but please try it in a game before flaming. I bet this will be a big fail, at least I tried :). Write any flames, advices or anything in guide discussion.
