I am sorry if this guide is just too basic, it's my first one so be kind. :D
Note:I would like to add that I am not saying that AS Talon is the best way to play Talon, I made this guide so I can show other people who have mastered Talon how to have some fun with him. I do NOT recommend this build to people who are new to Talon.

I like AS Talon because it's like playing Master Yi, yet 10 times more fun cause you are not absolutely relying on your AS. Using your spells to get to the enemies and destroying them up close is the beauty in AS, at least for me.

SPACE..

Pros: - easy ganking - very mobile - great burst - great cleanup - incredible escaping and chasing - Assassins Creed :D

SPACE..

Cons: - quite mana thirsty early game - gets destroyed by bruisers - hard to master - needs to be played very safely - has to be in melee range to do damage with autoattacks - he is worthless if focused in team fights

As summoner spells I recommend:

Flash is a "must have" as an assassin, it provides an extra burst while chasing and fleeing. Knowing how to effectively flash over walls is a useful thing. Ignite is a good spell for finishing someone off or just bursting them down in lane. If you want to play aggressively i recommend taking ignite. Exhaust is my choice over ignite. The reason is because it is kind of a safer version of ignite, exhausting someone and getting a few more basic attacks on them and finishing them off instead of blindly hoping for ignite to do it is just better. Also when your team tries to focus the fed enemy champion, an exhaust on him would be very nice. And exhausting someone who is diving you on low hp is a nice way to turn the situation around. But those are my thoughts.
