Im a very hardcore Warwick fnatic (huehuehue) and theres a good reason to get wriggles over madreads in very close games. That reason is for the sear fact that it is NOT 4k, and still gives him a good little boost that lasts a long time. The big issue is once you get into high level of play people (sometimes) stop being stupid and giving you free ganks. As you can imaged if StVic gets 3 kills right off the bat, hes probably not going to go wriggles. But if he goes 10 minutes and has very little success in kills he will probably go wriggles. Its all about the gold is wat it seems to me. So no, SV doesnt disagree with him so much as its better in most high elo circumstances.
