i have some issues with your build. deathfire's grasp and mejai's? why would you even consider getting a mejai's so late in the game? also, it should be more of a situational item, a section you should add. you should add chapters about runes, masteries, lane phasing, and lane matchups. you might wanna archive this guide, finish those, and then release it to prevent troll voting. also, i recommend you to turn on require comment to vote.
