INTRO
ok so this is my singed build if u ever get to full build (u got like a 65% chance that u will) u wont get chased (u'll just get followed) cause they have the smallest chance of ever chatching u. oh and ignore the hp and AP u get like 5.2k HP and around 200ish AP :P GL and go woop some ashe.
