Milio have strong skills at the beginning of why?
Its main advantages is a good poke that will provide your adc, your skills allow you to easily win trades with opponents, the important element is that you have ignite, exhoust is weak because you don't have enough range to use it you try to stay away from opponents and support ADC like lulu
Why is milio weak?
- easy to kill
- Doesn't deal much damage on its own
- if they don't have CC her R early is weak

- Easily takes trade
- Teamfighty carries through area-of-effect healing and gives a lot of shields
- Her R is so broken when enemy have CC etc (heals a lot)
- Easily helps to catch up with kills
- She's fun to roam with
