This is actually viable for ranked play. The only issue I have with the build is the Clarity which still has its uses. If you are going to say something like this, explain why instead of just downvoting. That helps nobody.
Thank you for sticking up for me. A lot of people have been down rating me lately, some of which are bogus. I can understand not liking clarity, but ugh.. troll down votes? :(

I don't see why not getting ignite makes this a down vote. Clarity can shine early in the game, just like ignite does. Ignite also loses its value later on also.
