This is just how I've been playing Ashe recently, I change what items I get a lot.
Also, my opinion on Bloodthirster has changed a lot recently, and I've decided it's a great item for Ashe, especially with Guardian Angel.
The reason I get two levels of Hawkshot is because I find having the second level makes it far easier to scout, without missing your Frost Shot much.
Hmm, that is all. Though I guess I should say you can get Last Whisper instead of Black Cleaver if they're mostly tanky.
