I just used this build and I make a victory with 12-5-9.

Stacking thornmail/fon is pointless for a start.
Sunfire's statistics suck. Its passive suck since you don't actually go that close all that time.
Focuses so much on AD defence at the start, kinda fail.
You want mana? Take manamune. Full MP taken care of and can be ignored for the rest of the game.
Randuin's Omen is the best anti-AD item, the best for blitzcrank however is Frozen Heart.
Your skill sequence suck.
Seriously wtf is with the rocket grab max at lvl 10? The only good thing is CDR. The damage is pathetic increase, powerfist is better or even overdrive.
Focus on a freaking skill. Having to add all of them past level one makes each and every of them fails.
High mana for mana barrier? Yea right. Frozen Heart alone isn't good enough for mana needs.
Masteries.
Strength of spirit for? 14/5sec sucks at late game.
Wth is with offence mastery tree? Tankers are not supposed to do damage. Even the CD parts are not useful enough as compared to death timer and exp gain.
Veteran scars is a must for all tanker champs. The total bonus is worth more than 3 Quints of fortitude.
Ardor? Genius. No AP, slow attacks and still take ardor.
