You say to use Manamune, but you don't include the fact that it upgrades to Muramana later. Might want to mention that, because technically your ultimate should trigger Muramana on each hit, which would be a bonus to your build. ^_^

I like the guide, and I think that the details are well explained. However, I just thought of a few things that might make it more attractive: Firstly, a section/video explaining how to use your ult/move around would be helpful because it seems like something hard about lucian. Second, you failed to address a multitude of ADC's/supports and some tips on lucian's skillset. Finally, you forgot masteries/runes. Good job on the guide though :P

I will most likely update this build with other itemizations for Lucian to provide an alternative to the Blue(ish) build

Blucian has a couple of major issues - firstly his damage jumps off a cliff late game, secondly building blue sets his early game back. He also doesn't charge tear fast enough. He's like MF - very high mana costs, but no one builds blue on her cuz that will reduce her dominance.
