The answer is very simple, I use Flash for rapid escape and Clarity to quickly and effectively restore mana myself and my companions. Flash is useful to the gang and escapes, and quickly beat opponents. Clarity use only in exceptional cases and when the opponent is weak and you want to have mana for the whole combo to be sure that you kill.

I use Masteries 9//21.
Relatively does not add much in the Offense because Brandowi need only come to Sorcery to get more Magic Penetration. I added the most points in the Utility because it is in balance Branda, points in the usefulness of Clarity and Flash are important, because Brand has to be useful everywhere, and where your team needs for fast mana and gangs. The basis points are added in the time spent dead and Masteries typically found mana regen. These six points are distributed in the defense added that Brand has been on a pretty good level of survival without buying unnecessary items.

Items are as for me, fairly obvious choice, Brand uses only AP and Magic Penetration, so I put items in his typical skills and hourglass for a last resort, you may want to use it in critical moments, and when your gangs will turn against you, without hesitation use Hourglass!
