First off, Brand is an awesome champion, able of stunning a DPS, dealing a huge amount in damage by throwing his ultimate ability into a cluster of enemies, and following up with a Pillar of Flame to deal 25% more damage.

So, are you in need of a caster, that are both fun to play, and still capable of dealing huge amounts of damage.

Pros:Pros:
Capable of dealing huge amounts of damage in a realitively short amount of time.
Has fun effects with his passive.
Can completely destroy 2 enemies close together.
Good farmer.

Cons:
Has mana-problems early game, but this problem will resolve quikly. (In the end, he'll have about 50 mana regen per 5)
Squishy early game. (Can be resolved by using Flat health quintessences instead of flat AP)
Relies on his combo's. (This is resolved by Morello's)

Standart for casters.

Nice for cooldowns on summoner spells and improves your Clarity and Flash = Happy Brand = Happy you!

Greater Marks of Insight is to increase early game damage.

Greater Seals of Replenishment is due to his mana problems.

Greater Glyphs of Focus is awesome on a combo-based champion.

Greater Quintessences of Potency is good on casters, but if you prefer, you can go Fortitude.

With Brand, farming is easy. Just Pillar of Flame & Conflagrate for massive AoE-damage. For even greater damage, go Sear, Conflagration and then Pillar of Flame. That's all there's to it.
