Tried this build and it works great 16/1/5 thx man this is by far the best brand build

Hmm, I like your idea and can see where your going with this. I used to rush RoA first but the biggest drawback in getting Catalyst first would be no AP. What I do a lot early game, is play aggressive and aim for FB or at least a kill (which the extra 15 ap does a lot at lvl3), and normally after the 2nd or 3rd kill I go B. I don't stay in lane as long, but I do pull off more kills(also impeding the opponent team's mid) and sometimes break the mid tower early game. If I were more patient, I would totally go with RoA first. For Lich bane, I don't always get it, sometimes I use Void Staff, or get Abyssal. I find lich nice to use end game, when you need to push towers or have the ability to cast, hit, cast, hit. Otherwise I would get something else. Thanks for the comment, I'll change it a bit.

A good idea in general for all casters, is to rush a Catalyst, that gives you great lane sustainability. I would start off with a sapphire crystal + 2 hp pots if I think the lane will be particularly difficult, as the extra 400 hp is nice. If not, Doran's ring, then your first back, depending on the situation, I would consider another Doran's Ring, as that gives some good AP, bonus 100 hp, and mana regen. I would either build a RoA first if I'm doing well, or get a Banshee's Veil and then a Rylai's if I'm dying a lot. I would consider replacing the Lich Bane with a Void Staff since Brand does a lot better with Mpen than the Lich bane Proc. Mpen affects his passive too.

Yeah, normally I'd get Zhonya's or Banshee's if I'm getting hit too much. Or I go Rod of Ages earlier game, Rylai's, and/or something if I feel the need to.

Kinda Squishy for me instead of lich bane i would get more armor like zhonya's but ey great build +1
