oh u hate stack items? and you're having problems keeping them. obviously you're a low elo noob who probably dont even play ranked lol. for your information the servers are not down, it's maybe just your internet or computer that's totally useless.

i dont like atak items cuz they make you play way to safe to keep you stacks not tht i die alot but i dont like them

Haunting guise should be exchanged with Catalyst the protector or mejai's. building or stacking is much better. it's a waste tbh.
Runes; ap seals barely give anything, having a primary seal runes is much better, mp5/amor/hp5 etc.
Fortitude quintessences are only required if you're having trouble sustaining in the lane, buying doran's ring and using AP quintessences gives decent mana regen +100hp and 30ap on level one. doesnt that setup sound a bit better?
Focusing Pillar of flame in ranked games is much better, picking of kills in mid is easy but 1600+ elo know how to avoid a skillshot that is blocked by minions. so dropping em along with farmig minions is more convient. but i agree with you that Sear is much better damage and cd wise.
i just dont think you've put alot of thought into the small things with this build.
note that brand being squishy is not a HUGE problem until lategame. brand can stay away on a fair range and do his abilities. i will rate it up if you make some changes.

Nice job, although I like to max pillar of flame first, before sear.
Just in formatting, I think you need to make some changes.
Put Pros and Cons after the intro and summoner spells before or after runes and masteries. skill sequence should be before item sequence. But of course, thats just my opinion.
And please clean up that massive chunk of text in item sequence. It's funny and informative, but just seeing the big block of text makes some people not want to read it.
