Decent item order, but the skill order is terrible. It shouldn't be any different as a support than from regular mage Anivia. Q, E, E, W, E, R, and from there, R > E > Q > W. Masteries are a matter of preference, but they look passable. I will disagree with getting AAS as a support. Stick to RoA, as you normally would, and get mana regen from items such as 
Frostfang or Morellonomicon. Morellonomicon is one of the main differences to support Anivia. Normally, I never get this item, but for a mage support, it's perfect. Very cheap, strong AP, mana regen, and CDR. Plus, the passive is useful for enemy marksman (assuming you don't instantly kill them with your high burst damage), since they get lifesteal. Keep working on it. You've got some work to put into this, but it isn't a bad start.
