hey, this build seems pretty nice accept for the ability sequence. in my opinion no matter what type of build your trying to make you should try to level decisive strike first, because you can use it on turrets. and if you get garen's decisive strike all the way up it can do alot of damage to the turrets. and turrets are one of the biggest obstacles.

Frozen Mallet is actually really handy on Garen. Yes, you can be faster with Decisive Strike, but by using auto attacks, you can keep up with your enemy if they were to Flash, and when Decisive Strike is on cooldown.

I did like the build, it was very nicely set out. The next project I would have for your build is to go into more depth for each champion Garen is countered by, and who Garen counters. Its something that a lot of people come to look at builds for and also shows that you have substantial experience playing as Garen.

Wouldn't Frozen Mallets slow be useless? Since you are faster then anyone else? i'd replace it with Warmog's..for better scaling with impaler & passive. Something like this: Doran, Boots, Brutalizer, Sunfire, Warmog, BC..

I don't understand at all why you'd want Phage/ Frozen Mallet on Garen.

EDIT: Or Sword of the Divine or Blade of the Ruined King.

I like your build, and there is just one thing is think needs boosting and that is magic resist. The rest of the build is awsome. +1 from me :)

Please give me any and all suggestions or point out mistakes for me to fix.
