Hello everyone! This is my first guide. I have been playing Jax a lot as AD. but it was not the real thing. Everything was more focused on the auto attacks than the abilities. I thought that Jax had more potential and can be stronger without a load of AD items. Face it. It's boring to auto attack. This build are more for abilities but have a great auto attack also. With great i mean really OP.

I often start with the Amplifying Tome to deal some heavy damage on first blood and build up for my hextech. Then I rush for Ninja Tabi. Cuz what are jax without ninja tabi? Combine that with Jax E(Counter Strike) and the runes and you are pretty shielded from any AD champion. Here comes the core items for AP Jax. Hextech Gunblade and the Lichbane. Here starts the picking off their slackers and soloing people. Using the W(Empower)and Q(Leap) and the Lichbane activated together you are going to get heavy damage on your target. Use this combination always but focus this harass/attack on casters with medium/low health. This may even get very useful on a Tryndamere with 50% health. Killing him instant before he could use his Ultimate. After Lichbane you are going to need the Deathcap for maxing the Lichbanes potential and damage. With higher AP your ultimate are going to do huge damage and E(Counter Strike) are going to be more useful than just a stun. You got high damage but you got to slow attack speed to be able to maximize your damage output. Nashor's tooth are great for AP Jax for a lot of reasons. 1: you get a high attack speed boost 2: a really good CD reduction 3: higher mana reg and 4: some extra Ability Power. Now after this item your third strike((R)(Relentless assault) are going to take around 500-600 damage. Now it's just one item left. It's 2 ways you can choose this from. If they got really much Resistance You choose Void staff, If you got problem with champs escaping with really low health you will need The Crystal Scepter. The last item are very flexible.
