I Play Heimerdinger as a Defender in Dominion.

I Take Mana Regeneration Runes for being at my lane long time.

I Take Magic Penetration, for doing better damage to enemies.

I Take Ability Power for making more damage

My masteries are based for being Aggresive, and still having some mana.

Now. Zhonya's Hourglass is very important, because ur turrets does the job.

Why we take Catalyst the Protector in the start, is because you can be at your lane in longer time.

Rylai's Crystal Scepter does that you can have alot of health, and still having Ability Power, and slowing people who get hits by turrets.

Frozen Heart gives you cooldown reduction, and gives armor, while people are attacking you, and then the passive, is just so good, it does so their Attack Speed & Movement Speed, are getting slowed.

I Max Turrets, because i can be on the lane longer time, because they are doing the job.

Then the Grenade are blinding, that's why i took it at the start.

I take Ghost for going fast to bases, after death, or sudden things.

I Take Promotion because then i can take bases alot faster.
