wonderful build, great player..+1

Stun, Scorch and Nuke. The build is great for all Early/Mid/Late game. Very powerful and I have seen someone use a build very similar like this in game and they were practially 1 hit nuking people and destroyed the entire game. Great build Dro.

Always play Annie, gotta say, this build rocks. You enemies are gonna fear the name Tibbers with this build!

yea it actually might be a little better go go mejai's earlier to get your stacks.

I'll check it out somewhere during the day since she's my favorite champion. Doesn't differ much from the build I use, even though I start of with Amp Tome > Boots > Mejai's.
