In your masteries you have taken 1 point in Spatial Accuracy altho your summoner spells are Ghost and Flash lol?????
Build was made when Cass came out. Used to take teleport. Switched the build from the trolly build that it was, didn't change the masteries. No biggie. Downvote it anyway, the build itself is also terrible. =P Much better ways to build her.

It provides CDR along with that mana Cass generally does badly without CC, and her only source of it is her ult unless she has a team comp with good synergy. Thus, CDR is amazing. Randuins provides VERY low CDR, and Shurelya's gives you no real survivability against an AD carry.
Also - Cass' main problem is with AD carries. Her Q puts her in range of the ranged carries, while all other melee carries have an easy time catching up to her because of her low base movespeed. Her Q can help - but they'll likely catch up anyway.
Also Also - Cass excels in DoTs toward her endgame. She actually deals very little flat damage with fang. In fights, she generally wants to be Qing and Wing as many as she can, and ulting to disable the team. To do this, she has to be pretty far in the fight, so I can't see wanting to go more AP, and thus make yourself incredibly squishy.
Spend that gold on AP, and you will notice the difference
