if you are with a carry like tryndamere you should always get first blood and you are level 6 you ult if you have rods of ages you can kill most enemies at this time.

you should be able to tank lots of damage and have 3-6 stacks with ult. if you have 6 stacks you dont have to us your ult as a finisher. you will be a great chaser and can kill all mages are casters with your slience

you will have 180 ap and 5508 hp because of ult and rod of ages passive. you can come back alive if you somehow die which can save all of your stacks and remeber stay hungry
