And I p much smash everyone because I have about 7-8k hp(I've never really payed attention so it's a rough estimate), and around 250-300 damage. With that HP regen being about 27/sec, you'll be excessively difficult to kill, early game. Unfortunately, this build only works well if you get a little bit of feed. I'm not sure about the runes, though. I sure as hell never used 'em. Obvious combos with Cho are Rupture, into Feral Scream, then Feast(after max stacks). You'll deal almost half their life in damage, and they're pretty easy to finish with the bonus damage from Vorpal Spikes. People this doesn't work very well on, are people with insane lifesteal, such as Warwick, or Vlad. I didn't include Fiddle in this because, rupture cancels his life-steal, and after that, he's pretty squishy and only takes a few seconds to kill. This goes with Veigar, and pretty much all squishy Champs. SO yeah, don't do this when you're fighting people with that lifesteal, and you should be fine.
