Feast

This is Cho's nom ability. Every time you use it you have to all chat "nom nom nom". If you don't your damage output will be severely lowered. If you get 6 stacks you become a nom noming beast so be sure to no longer nom nom minions or monster and save enemy champion sso they can be your noms. Only nom minions or monsters before you are a mega nommer.

Runes

I take nom seals and nom penetration glyphs. This gives me and early nom setup for first blood. Try to take nom generation marks and om nom quints.

I take 3 points in nom for the extra 5 points in om

Items

I start off with an "om" and upgrade it to an "om nom" which you can sell to buy later an "om nom nom nominator". Then buy 4 "youmuu's nomsblades"
