For example, what about trying attack speed marks? And also MS Quints? The AP Quints don't add that much to your early clear, nor make your ganks as effective as they could probably be.
As others have mentioned, you also select good items, but ones which you would be hard-pressed to afford as a jungler.
And though you cover the basics, you don't see fit to ever elaborate on them. I mean your skills are pretty much explained in more or less one second. You don't explain how it can be used past a description of the skill.
By the time we finish reading about your items, the guide ends rather abruptly. Doesn't mention much on
All you have is really an over-glorified build with little to no explanation on what you are actually meant to be doing.
As you said in the introduction this is your first guide. I will quote polt9 and say youu that you may have a look on "how to make a guide" guide. That could help you to improve your bb coding and make your guide easier to read and cleaner.
I understand the way you want to play cho jungle but, I think that like said before your builds are not cheap at all. As a supporting/jungler, you may focus on more cost-effective item. I mean aura item that provides help to your whole team. With this build, in my opinion, you are closer to mid cho than jungle cho (but it's only my opinion)
To sum up, you should take a bit more time to rewrite your guide and add a few more sections before posting it again so everyone could understand the interest of reading it :)

"As a mana-costing jungler, I would want to have a 0/21/9 mastery, aiming for the runic affinity."
I partially agree with you, but even that cho'gath is mana-costing jungler, I've found him to not run out of mana very usually. I actually nearly never oom when I am jungling with him. Maybe that's because of his passive, which gives mana, and E which does not cost any.
"Second, I recommend having mobility boots or boots of swiftness so you can clear out the jungle and aid your allies faster (I know that wouldn't be that easy specially if you have relied on boots that gives out armor or MP, instead of extreme speeds boots)."
Thanks for a tip, I have test those and maybe put either of them in the main build or for sure on alternatives. :)
Yeah and I have just scratched the surface on this guide and will improve it, making the coding more neat also ^^. It wasn't as easy as I thought :D
The Golden Monkey:
Well I appreciate your opinion still tho ^^ Maybe I will add another "cheaper" build in the future to this guide, for supportive jungling. I've found cho'gath to be able to carry games very well, unlike some of other jungle champions if taking kills with them.

Third, make your coding more neat. Be sure to read guides about coding and making guides like this one.
I'm actually surprised that no one is trying to help you out.
Btw, Goodluck ^^
