Hey guys, just quickly popping this up, will be filling this out later.
02/10/12 - Filled out Pros, Runes, Spells

Pros

• Tanky
• High Burst
• High sustainability due to passive
• High base damage

Cons

• Slow
• Low base mana
• Squishy early game
• Punished hard if you die and lose stacks

I'll explain my choice in runes for Cho, even though theyre pretty standard:

• 9 x Mark of Insight - Extra magic pen for your abilities, what's not to like?
• 9 x Seal of Resilience - Starting with an extra 12.69 armour makes a huge difference in your ability to cop hits, and for the most part negate your opponents armour pen.
• 9 x Glyph of Sheilding - You start with plenty of MR, and by level 9 these provide the same MR as flat glyphs of warding. By the time you leave your lane these will have provided more than enough MR to deal with that pesky AP caster from mid.
• 3 x Quints of Swiftness - When your opponent's teemo sees a behemoth such as Cho'Gath running at them, their instinct should be to flee. Unfortunately for them, these will allow you to catch up to that pesky teemo and gobble him up in a single bite.

Flash is a must on cho. It enables you to get up close and personal with your opponent, and more importantly eat that f*cking teemo's head off. Its good for initiating and escaping, always take flash.

I prefer ignite over teleport personally. Allows you that extra burst of damage that can secure you the kill or scare off opponents who would otherwise make cho paste out of you.

Also a good choice. Allows you to get back to lane faster for a near constant presence in lane, save teammates, their lanes, or just pop in for a tasty teemo snack when the opposition least expects it. Take this if you feel confident you won't need ignite.

Also a decent choice, but more of a situational pick. For instance, if the enemy has a teemo who you think will just always have that edge over you in damage and speed, then use this to foil that dastardly teemo's plan and make him fear the mighty Cho'Gath!

Like exhaust, useful but there are better choices out there. There are only so many times the enemy Teemo can take getting bumrushed by a huge velociraptor before he catches on to your strategy.

Most items here are situational, but there's 1 items that I *ALWAYS* pick:

Health, Mana, AP. All 3 things that Cho loves to have. This item was just built for Cho'Gath, to sit on his thrown made of Teemo skulls and beat about his yordle slaves.

Items such as Frozen Heart can be swapped out for Thornmail or Guardian Angel, or even Atmas Impaler depending on team composition.
