Some major issues with this guide:

1. Enable Comment to Vote (C2V) as Knightro said, this well require people to vote and explain their vote when choosing to upvote or downvote this guide.

2. Runes- You have Greater Glyph of Scaling Ability Power listed in the cheat sheet, and then in the guide you don't have them listed anywhere and instead list Greater Glyph of Cooldown Reduction. In any case, both of these are terrible for a bruiser Nidalee build. You do not need ability power, despite her abilities scaling off it, it would be much better to run magic resist, which you have listed. Magic Resist should pretty much be the only option for blues. As far as CDR, Nidalee already has extremely low cooldowns, not to mention you consider Spirit Visage core (which I think it is). That alone puts you at nearly 28%. Really, it's just a wasted stat and you hardly get anything out of it as Nidalee. CDR is fine if you get it from items you naturally build, but you shouldn't be building for CDR.

3. Skill Order- really no reason to max Javelin Toss over Primal Surge. Maxing Javelin Toss is viable on bruiser Nidalee, but it requires you to land virtually all of your spears and it requires you to be ahead to snowball. It's vastly inferior to maxing Primal Surge which gives us great sustain and an attack speed steroid for better trading and tower pushing.

4. Masteries - they're kind of wonky. I don't have a problem with you going for both Arcane Knowledge and Weapon Expertise but I would put that 1 point in Havoc and move it over to Destruction for better splitpushing. A .67% damage multiplier on a champion with little burst is pretty much a wasted point. 21/9/0 is a fine set-up, it's a bit risky and most bruiser Nidalees I know run 9/21 since the removal of armor and MR. I still think 21/9 is fine.

5. Items - this is the main issue I have with the guide. Items are all over the place, a lot just don't make sense. Doran's Blade is a fine start, but you should run Lifesteal quints with it. The item alone gives very little sustain, and if you're not running lifesteal quints with it, you may as well run Cloth Armor or Doran's Shield because both are generally better for protecting yourself from the all-in than a Doran's Blade with no lifesteal quints.

Guardian Angel is not a core item. And it's shouldn't be unless you're preparing for a fight that will end the game, or you need the extra revive for whatever reason. The item alone gives pretty weak stats for the price and should only be picked up near the end game or in niche situations because there are just better items to fill the slot, especially when the GA passive is down.

Trinity Force is really good right now, but it's also worth considering Iceborn Gauntlet becuase both are quite good and can be used effectively on Nidalee.

Ravenous Hydra should not be purchased under any circumstance. The passive only works in Aspect Of The Cougar.

Athene's Unholy Grail - no reason to pick this up, you're not AP Nidalee and if you need the mana regen early just sit on the Chalice of Harmony and sell it back later.

Frozen Mallet - theres no reason to buy this item when you can purchase Iceborn Gauntlet. It's bad to stack Iceborn Gauntlet with Trinity Force, but there are other options. If you need to kite, bypass the Trinity Force and pick up Iceborn Gauntlet; you can also pick-up a Phage and just sit on it, selling it back later, it's extremely efficient as an item right now anyway so it's not really a waste. You can also throw in a Blade of the Ruined King for more damage that you'll be lacking from not picking up Trinity Force.
anyway tl;dr - No reason to buy Frozen Mallet over Iceborn Gauntlet.

6. The rest of the guide - The rest of the guide is pretty lacking, the gameplay section is brief and really doesn't give people an idea of how to play Nidalee. Besides that the guide ends abruptly with a Summary that really doesn't wrap up anything. I'd go around looking at some of the top rated guides on this site and see how they close out a guide, or maybe you can get some ideas from them.

In anycase, I'll give you time to fix the issues of this guide or atleast explain your reasoning behind them.
