Well I understand that many people play and love Vayne but in my experience with her I have found that using those runes work the best, I've tried several lineup on rune choices such as AD Marks, AS Marks, Lifesteal Quints, and many others, through my experiments the runes I listed work best.
I agree with the mp5 glpyhs, i was doing the runes two nights ago at 1:00 AM and was just exhausted so thanks for pointing that out.

You don't mention any alternatives to runes (Lifesteal quints, AS marks, etc.). You also said that Mp5 glyphs are good just "because Vayne has mana." You're going to need more reasoning behind that.

Unstick the Flash and Barrier icons from the text.

In the FAQs, correct "Is barier or Heal a more viable option?" to "Is Heal a viable option over Barrier"

You can explain the nuances behind your build pattern through the proper sections. Your FAQs basically restate things that would be much better placed within their respective chapter.

Thanks for that! See on Vayne I am not a big fan on defensive items, just because it doesn't match the playstyle I use for Vayne but thank you I will be sure to add that to the guide as a viable option!

You don't mention any kind of defense item like Mercurial Scimitar or Guardian Angel.
