She has some good amount of CC and can use W to decrease your damage drastically . Since your ult does an amount of the Pre-mitigation damage you have dealt to her, she will not expect that the damage your ultimate will deal will be the damage you dealt to her before her W decreased it . I good Irelia will try to hold her W as long as possible prioritizing your ultimate burst damage. Try to ult her when her W is down .
Yasuo
His E gives him mobility to dodge and he has a wind wall that can block your Q and has strong CC that can lock you down for his teammates to kill you. when comboing around a wind wall, try to throw place W in a line with the wind wall to have chance of hitting him with more Qs rather than just placing W in his face where he can walk through the wall to blck all your damage.
Malzahar
His R and burst combined can kill you before you can take of any damage.
Fizz
his E may cancel your ultimate and and you will have a hard time dodging if he hits his R. try to bait his E out then go for an all in.
Lissandra
She can perma CC you and you will have to die without having a chance to dodge or deal any damage. She can also neglect your damage with her R.
Lulu
Polymorph is OP against squishy assassins like Zed. Try to go in when her CC is on cooldown.
Talon
His R can help him dodge all your damage after you ult and he has pretty good roaming compared to you. Keep track of his roams with wards and alert your team.
Shen
His R allows you to play more aggressively and has good CC.
Taric
gives you the peel and chance to play aggressively in teamfights with his R.
