im currently s5 i just got demoted from s4 and i enjoy playing jungle and support. what can i do to improve?

Other than things I mentioned? There are lots of other things to work on in league. Map awareness and vision is probably a big one. Warding and clearing vision, constantly looking at where the enemy is on the map. Especially for jungle and support map awareness and vision overall is important. Both need to to use their vision to help protect their laners, and also move around the map based on what they see the enemy doing. Work on keeping vision up and taking away theirs and in game practice looking at the mini-map every 5 secs or so at-least until it becomes a habit.
