Don't neglect your runes if you can help it. It's good for newer players to have something to build towards. It wouldn't hurt to change the glyphs to something more reasonable, like CDR, AS, or MR.
I don't agree with LoveMeTomorrow that AD quints are necessary, the ones you have are totally fine (Better, actually. AD quints are pretty bad outside the jungle).

Offensive Mastery isn't necessary outside the jungle either. Put those points in Alacrity , and probably one in Archaic Knowledge for a bit more bunch on your ult.

Good Hands > Perseverence , ESPECIALLY for newer players who die frequently.

Doran's Blade is generally a stronger start if you use it properly, but boots 3pots is fine too.

I think the idea of a beginner guide is neat, but this needs a lot of work if you want my vote. I won't downvote you either, because I don't downvote guides unless they're really a detriment to the community.

You really should have Magic Resist/level Glyphs, and 3 FLAT AD Quints...you should also have a vampiric scepter somewhere in the item purchasing order...

As I said, didn't really focus on the runes much since this guide isn't geared towards people who should have runes yet. Also I usually don't use AD runes since the items in the guide address most of the AD you'll need IMO. Again, just my way to build Ashe, not the only way. You're right about the vampiric scepter and it is actually in the guide (as part of the bloodthirster) and can be purchased whenever it can be afforded.
